Downloading the Trial Version of EQS4WIN and Purchasing the Full Version

EQS4WIN TRIAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The machine must have Internet access during the installation.
  2. Click the button below to download the Setup file to a convenient location on your computer. (The file size is approximately 7.25M.)
  3. Run the setup program as an Administrator (right click on the program name and select "Run as Administrator"); ignore any security warnings. If you have questions about this step, contact a staff member of the IT department of your organization for assistance.
  4. The Setup program installs the Trial version of EQS4WIN on your computer. Ignore any security warning messages as it installs.
  5. Reboot the machine as requested after the installation has been completed.
  6. Once the machine has rebooted, run EQS4WIN, either by double-clicking on the icon or by double-clicking on the program name in the folder where it was installed.
  7. An opening screen will present you with the options (Purchase, Activate, Evaluate). Select the final one to run the Trial Version.
  8. The Trial Version is fully functional except for saving and output limitations. It will be operational for 15 days after you install it.



INSTALLING THE FULL VERSION OF EQS4WIN

To install the full Standard version of the program, you must first install the Trial version (see instructions above), then purchase and activate it by following the steps below.

  1. The machine must have Internet access during these steps.
  2. When EQS4WIN starts, it will display a screen with options to Purchase or Activate it.
  3. Click on the Purchase option and complete the purchase. A License ID and password will be provided.
  4. In EQS4WIN, choose the Activate option and enter the License ID and password when the computer asks for it.
  5. After a few moments, a message should be received that the program was successfully activated. It can then be run in the regular way thenceforth.
